CAPRICORN 1/2 THREE STAINED GLASS WINDOWS , ONE DAMAGED BY WAR

The full prompt reads as follows: Three stained glass windows in a gothic church, one damaged by bombardment.

It says that the glass window that has been damaged is the one of love, while the church (Kriyakon) in and of itself as the house of God also points to the heart. Because it’s in our hearts that we feel our connection with the Divine. So what has been damaged? Our love, our faith in love maybe? And maybe that is where we need to focus our attention, allowing the light in our hearts to be restored. This is not a broken object, it’s a piece of a window of a monument, and the monument still stands.

While this symbol may not inspire a lot of positivity when we think of it, it can still give us hope: A broken heart is an open heart, and what if this journey as human beings is just leading us deeper into the heart? Then the damage would have been necessary to free our hearts in the first place.

Our eyes are usually referred to as the windows to the soul: Is there something wrong with our perception? Are we seeing only the negative or can we receive the inherent light? I would like you to visualize this symbol, take a few breaths, and try to see with your mind’s eye: Is your church illuminated? Is it dark? What scenes are depicted on those windows? Maybe it’s scenes of past experiences that need to be shed?

Where has your perception of life moved you away from your sense of self, your relationship to Source? Is your current situation testing your faith? How will you respond to the damaged window? Is it badly damaged or just chipped?

Was the war some collective event, an outside circumstance, or an inner war?

What are the stories, beliefs systems, and perceptions that keep you from seeing the inner light?

How can you bring love back into your perception/experience of reality?

Inner light, faith, withstanding difficulties, betrayal, aggressions, unloving behavior, unforgiveness, self-realization through intense tests, perception of life, god, source. The path of forgiveness, loving-kindness, healing our relationship to love, and to god, vulnerability, love, and light coming through the cracks, open-heartedness.
